| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payments. These are processed by the largest independent Payment Service Provider in the UK, PROTX. Your card will be charged in Pounds Sterling (British Pounds). Other currencies shown on the site are for information purposes. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the British Pound transaction value shown to US Dollars, Euros or your own currency. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Shipping And Handling Delivery costs depend on which publications you order and where you would like the books delivered to. The delivery cost is added when you get to 'Check out'. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email which will confirm the order and also delivery address. Standard delivery for our PRINCE2 manuals and Bundled Offers are by courier and within the UK will cost £5. For delivery outside the UK this is approximately £25. Some books may be sent by Recorded Delivery. |
| Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order out within 2-3 business days depending on stock availability. Delivery is typically 2-3 working days within the UK (5-7 working days outside the UK) depending on stock availability.
